We are an independent interior design practice based in Szczecin, working with homeowners, landlords, and small businesses who want rooms that function beautifully for years. Our approach balances proportion, material honesty, and the practical rhythms of daily life.

What we do

Pretetensi offers full interior design from initial concept through specification and contractor coordination. We do not sell furniture packages or push branded collections — every material and fixture is chosen for your project alone. Typical residential commissions begin at 8,500 PLN for a single-room scheme and scale to 42,000 PLN for whole-apartment transformations.

Our neighbourhood

From our studio near ul. Boguchwały, we draw inspiration from Szczecin's layered architecture — the brick tenements of Śródmieście, the harbour light of Łasztownia, and the calm residential streets of Pogodno. We believe good design should respond to place, not impose a template from elsewhere.

Recent directions

This year we have completed a 68 m² apartment in Niebuszewo with built-in oak storage, redesigned a law firm's reception on ul. Wojska Polskiego, and are currently developing a compact home office for a freelance architect in Dąbie. Each project receives the same level of drawing detail and site supervision.
