Consultation & concept
Our entry point is a focused studio or on-site consultation where we review your brief, measure key dimensions, and discuss budget parameters honestly. You leave with a written summary and a rough phasing proposal.
Single-session consultations are 350 PLN. For larger properties we offer a two-part concept package including mood boards and a preliminary layout for 1,800 PLN, credited in full if you commission a full design within sixty days.
Full interior design
Full design covers spatial planning, lighting design, custom joinery details, finishes schedules, and furniture specification with trade pricing where available. We produce drawings suitable for building permit supplements and contractor tendering.
Residential fees are calculated per square metre: 145 PLN/m² for apartments under 80 m², 125 PLN/m² between 80 and 150 m², and 110 PLN/m² above that threshold. A typical 55 m² one-bedroom apartment therefore starts around 7,975 PLN for design services alone.
Specialised offerings
Residential interiors — Kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and storage solutions for homeowners and buy-to-let landlords. Minimum engagement 8,500 PLN.
Workspace design — Offices, studios, and hybrid work environments for teams of two to forty people. Projects from 12,000 PLN.
Design process guidance — Hourly support for clients managing their own contractors who need professional review of layouts or material choices at 220 PLN/hour.
Site supervision
Design-only contracts can be extended with site supervision visits scheduled at critical construction milestones: demolition, first fix, and pre-handover snagging. Each half-day visit is 890 PLN plus travel within Szczecin city limits.
Supervision does not replace a building inspector or structural engineer, but it ensures that skirting details, tile junctions, and joinery align with the issued drawings before trades move on to the next phase.
Procurement assistance
We can order specified items on your behalf, consolidating deliveries and checking goods on arrival. Procurement is billed at 12% of net purchase value with a minimum fee of 1,200 PLN per project phase.
Clients who prefer to purchase independently receive a numbered schedule with supplier contacts, article codes, and suggested order sequences to prevent lead-time conflicts between flooring, cabinetry, and appliance installations.
Payment structure
Full design contracts follow a three-stage payment plan: forty percent on signing, forty percent at technical design issue, and twenty percent on final specification delivery. Invoices are issued in PLN with fourteen-day terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We do not offer subscription models or recurring retainers — every engagement is scoped to a defined space and deliverable set, which keeps costs transparent and avoids open-ended billing.
