We design workspaces for small and medium enterprises in Szczecin — law firms, architecture studios, accountancy practices, creative agencies, and medical reception areas. Our focus is on acoustic comfort, clear wayfinding, and furniture that supports eight-hour days without unnecessary spectacle.
We do not import Silicon Valley tropes like slides or ball pits. Instead we address the mundane essentials: enough power outlets, glare-free screens, meeting rooms that actually seal sound, and reception areas that feel welcoming to clients arriving for serious appointments.
Space planning & occupancy
Before selecting finishes we model headcount scenarios — full attendance, hybrid weeks, and peak client-facing hours. Desk ratios, hot-desk buffers, and meeting room booking assumptions feed directly into circulation widths and storage volumes.
Space planning for offices up to 120 m² starts at 12,000 PLN including two layout options and a furniture schedule. Larger floors or multi-room suites are quoted at 95 PLN/m² for design services.
Acoustics & lighting
Open-plan offices without acoustic treatment become exhausting within months. We specify ceiling baffles, desk screens, and soft finishes where hard reverberation would otherwise dominate phone calls and video conferences.
Lighting combines ambient ceiling fixtures with task lamps at workstations. We calculate maintained illuminance levels for document reading and screen work, avoiding fixtures placed directly above monitors where they cause visible glare.
Brand presence without cliché
Reception areas communicate professionalism through proportion and material quality rather than oversized logos. We might use a stained timber panel, a stone plinth for literature, or a single well-chosen artwork — always subordinate to the client's actual identity.
Signage packages including wayfinding for suites up to 200 m² are designed for 2,400 PLN and coordinated with local fabricators who understand Polish building signage regulations.
Fit-out phasing
Many clients cannot vacate premises during refurbishment. We phase work so reception can remain operational while back-office areas are rebuilt, or we schedule intensive works over long weekends and holiday closures.
Site supervision for commercial fit-outs is billed at 990 PLN per half-day visit, with a minimum of four visits recommended for projects exceeding 80 m² of altered area.

Our 2025 law firm reception on ul. Wojska Polskiego demonstrates the balance we seek: ash panelling, acoustic ceiling, concealed storage for coats and umbrellas, and a meeting nook separated by glazed partition without full isolation. Design fee: 14,200 PLN; built cost 67,000 PLN.
