Bathrooms & wet rooms
Bathroom projects demand early decisions on waterproofing systems, underfloor heating zones, and ventilation rates. We coordinate with your plumber and tiler so tile layouts respect fall gradients and fixture rough-in positions before walls are closed.
Full bathroom design for spaces up to 6 m² is 3,100 PLN; larger ensuite or family bathrooms with dual vanities scale to 5,800 PLN. We specify anti-slip ratings and maintenance notes for every surface.

Living rooms benefit from layered lighting — ambient, task, and accent — rather than a single overhead source. We plan socket quantities for real furniture positions, not generic grid layouts that leave lamps stranded in corners.
Built-in wardrobes and hallway storage are drawn at full section detail so joiners can price accurately. A three-door wardrobe with internal drawers and LED strip typically designs for 1,650 PLN in fees, with build costs from 8,500 PLN upward depending on finish.
Landlord & rental packages
Landlords commissioning turn-key rental units can access a streamlined specification package covering hard-wearing flooring, wipeable paint, and modular bathroom fittings with short lead times. The fee is 6,900 PLN for units up to 45 m² including a single site visit during fit-out.
We avoid bespoke elements that complicate future maintenance, and we document every product code so replacement parts can be sourced years later without reopening the full design file.
