What we collect
When you contact us by email or telephone we may store your name, email address, phone number, property address, and project details you voluntarily provide. Client contracts may additionally record billing information, company identifiers, and correspondence related to design deliverables.
This website does not operate user accounts, payment gateways, or contact forms that transmit data automatically. The only data stored locally in your browser is your cookie consent preference under the key pretetensi_ls_consent.
How we use your data
Enquiry data is used solely to respond to your message, prepare fee proposals, and — if you become a client — deliver contracted interior design services. We do not sell personal data to third parties or use it for unrelated marketing lists.
Processing enquiry data relies on our legitimate interest in operating a design practice. Contractual processing applies once you sign a design agreement, and invoicing records are retained up to seven years to comply with Polish commercial law. You may object to legitimate-interest processing where applicable, though this may limit our ability to continue a commercial relationship.
Sharing & processors
We do not embed third-party tracking or advertising tools on this website. Email is hosted with a European provider under data processing terms. Printed correspondence and drawings may be shared with contractors you approve for tendering or construction.
Data may be disclosed to public authorities only when required by law, such as tax inspection or court order.

Security
Digital files are stored on encrypted workstations with access limited to project staff. Physical sample boards and signed contracts are kept in our locked studio. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; we encourage clients to avoid sending highly sensitive documents via unencrypted email when alternatives exist.
