We respond to emails within three working days and return phone messages within one working day during office hours. For urgent site queries from existing clients, note your project reference in the subject line so we can prioritise correctly.
Office hours
Scheduled appointments are available Tuesday through Friday, 10:00–17:00. We do not hold regular Saturday hours except by prior arrangement for clients who travel from outside Szczecin.
Open studio evenings take place on the first Thursday of each month from 16:00 to 19:00 — no appointment needed, though we recommend arriving before 18:30 if you wish to discuss a specific project in detail.
What to include in your enquiry
Help us respond efficiently by attaching floor plans or sketches with dimensions, photographs of the current space, your approximate budget in PLN, and any key deadlines. Mention whether the property is residential or commercial and whether you already have contractors engaged.
We do not quote build costs without understanding scope, but we can indicate design fee ranges once we know the square metreage and rooms involved. Initial consultations are 350 PLN and credited toward full design if you proceed within sixty days.
Consultation booking
To book a consultation, email [email protected] with your preferred dates and whether you prefer a studio meeting or on-site visit. On-site visits within Szczecin city limits incur a travel supplement of 120 PLN added to the 350 PLN session fee.
After confirmation you receive a calendar invite and a short questionnaire about household composition, storage needs, and material preferences. Completing it before the meeting allows us to use the full hour on design discussion rather than basic data collection.
Existing clients
Active project correspondence should continue through the email thread established at contract signing so files remain linked in our archive. For drawing revisions or site visit scheduling, contact your assigned project coordinator directly using the details on your fee proposal.
